Bio :
My search for effective trauma treatment is deeply personal. Growing up in a home marked by domestic violence and substance abuse, and later losing my sister to alcohol addiction. I carried survivor’s guilt that talk therapy alone could not resolve.
For more than two decades, I have dedicated my career to trauma-focused therapies, becoming a Brainspotting expert and facilitating over 1,000 sessions of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). KAP opened pathways to healing with a speed and depth I had long hoped for. Yet through my work and ongoing study, I believe psilocybin holds even greater potential for profound healing and integration. I am currently completing the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Training and will soon be a certified psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist.
Indigenous people have long known the power of non-ordinary states to reveal our innate freedom, creativity, love, and capacity to heal physical and emotional wounds. In these states, we can see how our fear, anger, shame, isolation, and unprocessed wounds hinder our ability to thrive, while providing valuable insights that guide us toward wholeness.
As California moves closer to legalizing psilocybin, I am honored to support individuals and groups—not only those seeking relief from trauma, but also those drawn to personal development and spiritual growth—as a psychotherapist, coach, guide, and consultant.
