Bio :
Hi! My name is Nancy. I have been guiding plant medicine journeys since 2019.
Previously, I followed a very rational and scientific path. At the same time my mother also introduced me to meditation, yoga, and energy work (Reiki). To me science and the spiritual felt like a contradiction. I still remember my mom telling me about doing ayahuasca in Brazil in 2009 — but back then, I just rolled my eyes.

After struggling with depression for several years, I realized I needed a different way forward. Slowly, I began to open up to my inner world. I turned to meditation, completed a Yoga Teacher Training in India, and in 2016 attended my first ayahuasca ceremony. Since then, I’ve slowly been learning with, and through different plants with the help of different guides, facilitators and teachers.

Inner peace, freedom, and neutrality are at the core of how I wish to live. My intention is to be an anchor for these qualities, so that others feel safe and supported in their own process. I believe everyone should have the space to explore their own truth, in their own way — free from dogma, expectations, or fixed ideas.
Because of this, I choose to stay away from titles like "shaman" or "healer". To me, these labels often create unnecessary roles and images that can limit true connection. I believe it’s not about titles or certificates, but about how we live and how we connect to others.
I also feel that we all carry the capacity to heal — especially ourselves. Healing, to me, means living from our own heart space and authenticity. And when we live from that place — honest and true — we naturally contribute to the healing of the world around us.

In my work, I aim to offer a kind, open space, where you feel supported to reconnect with your own inner strenght and wisdom.

With loads of joy and blessings,
Nancy
