At Luminous Pathways Mental Wellness, Krystal works with adolescents/teens and high-functioning women and men navigating life—who, by every outward measure, are thriving—yet realize something is missing or feel disconnected from themselves. Her integrative approach combines a variety of therapeutic frameworks and nervous system regulation, somatic practices, parts work, mindfulness, and (sometimes) psychedelic integration to help clients move beyond insight and into real, embodied change.
With over 15 years working alongside people through meaningful transformation, one truth has stayed constant: insight alone isn’t enough. People can understand their patterns clearly—and still feel stuck in them.
With her background in high-intensity, real-world settings, this shapes how Krystal works today—grounded, relational, and able to hold depth without overwhelm. The goal isn’t just coping. It’s helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild self-trust, and create a life that doesn’t just look good—but finally feels aligned and sustainable.
Krystal also offers Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy as a powerful and transformative tool to help clients move through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
Krystal received a Master of Social Work degree from The University of Southern California in 2011 and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from The University of North Texas in 2004. She has her Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Certificate from Integrative Psychiatry Institute (2024).
